Can I keep my existing numbers?

Yes,  we port your existing numbers over to your new ServiceIT PBX in the cloud.  We have local numbers for all states of Australia and even NZ, USA and the UK, which means we can give you a local dial number for the cities and regions you want so that your customers dial the local number that you intend them to.  

Our system also allows you to have fax, 1800 and 1300 numbers for each region.  It is truly a world class system that your existing telephone company doesn't want you to know about.

How do I send and receive Faxes?

All you do is send an e-mail to the PBX system with the attachment of what you want to fax and it will be faxed to your recipient for you.   When you receive a fax, it will be sent to you or a group of people as an e-mail with a PDF attachment.   This is fully configurable in your PBX system.   There is no need for a fax machine anymore.
